TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No Exchange, Return or Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any products purchased from our website.

2. Custom Orders

All outfits are custom-made based on the client’s measurements and are made to order only.

3. Production Time

The production lead time for outfits is approximately 50–60 days, depending on the complexity of the outfit.

4. Full Payment for Online Orders

full payment is required at the time of placing an online order.

5. Advance Payment for Store Orders

For in-store orders, 70% of the total payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

6. Shipping Charges

• A shipping charge of 10,000 INR per outfit will be applied, depending on the weight of the outfit and the destination country.
• An international courier charge of 15,000 INR will apply for shipments with a bridal box.
• domestic courier charge is 3,000 INR.

7. Additional Shipping Time

• International courier: Additional 5-7 days required.
• Domestic courier: Additional 3–4 days required.

8. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, nor can any changes be made to the outfit. No sampling or embroidery swatches are provided; however, base color cuttings can be provided upon request. No changes can be made to the order after it’s confirmed.

9. Color Accuracy

We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee complete color accuracy.

10. Alteration Services for International Clients

We do not provide alteration services for international clients. Outfits will be sent with enough margins for local alterations based on the measurements provided by the client.

11. Alteration Services in India

Alteration services are available only in India. Clients must send the outfit back to us for alterations and bear the shipping costs for both sending and returning the outfit.

12. Additional Charges for Plus Sizes

There will be a 20% additional charge for plus-size outfits, depending on the specific outfit.

13. Additional Charges for Custom Lengths

Additional charges will apply for blouse lengths longer than 15 inches, increases in sleeve length, etc., depending on the required length.

14. Liability for Delays

The company is not liable for any delays caused by holidays, natural calamities, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Size Changes

If a customer’s size changes from the time of placing the order to the time of delivery, the company is not liable. Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of work required.

16. Variations in Products

Color, embroidery, cuts, styles, and fabrics may vary slightly from the original sample shown.

17. Mirror Embroidery

As mirrors are embroidered onto the fabric, a slight fall-out of mirrors during wearing, packing, or unpacking is natural and should be expected.
