1. Shipping in India:
- Shipping charges apply to all orders within India. The exact amount will be calculated based on the weight of the outfit and the delivery location.
2. International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide. For international orders, a standard shipping fee of INR 10,000 or $136 is applicable.
- We do not offer cash on delivery for either domestic or international orders.
3. Returns:
- All our outfits are custom-made based on client measurements. Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made, the order cannot be canceled.
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- The advance payment cannot be returned.
4. Taxes & Duties:
For Indian customers:
- The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For international customers:
- Shipping is generally done on a delivery duty-unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country.
- Payment of these fees is required at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied on your shipment. Customs duties may vary depending on the country of delivery.

5. Payments:
- To confirm and place an order, full payment is required in advance.
- If the advance payment is not made within the specified time period, the order may be put on hold or canceled.
- The advance payment is non-refundable.
- All payments made for purchases or services on mirscollection.com shall be based on the MRP displayed on the website and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party online payment gateway services used for the transaction.
- We may request supporting documents (e.g., government-issued ID and address proof) to verify the ownership of the payment instrument used. This is to ensure a secure online shopping environment.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from payment issues, including but not limited to: lack of authorization for transactions, exceeding mutually agreed limits with your bank, or transaction declines.
6. Delivery:
- We strive to deliver products within the stipulated time frame mentioned at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee delivery within this period.
- The contract cannot be repudiated if we fail to deliver products within the stipulated time frame.
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, national holidays, courier services, or other unforeseen events.
7. Disclaimer:
- Courier costs are not included in the outfit price. The company facilitates delivery through courier partners but is not liable for any damages incurred during transit.
- Delivery via courier is at the customer’s risk.
